Your weekly slot is reserved throughout the entire duration of your subscription. Your time slot belongs to you.
2 months before expiry, we contact you to confirm renewal in order to protect your slot for the next period.
Cancellation & Makeup
- More than 24h in advance: makeup possible during the full subscription duration (subject to availability).
- Less than 24h in advance: session lost (non-recoverable).
